AutoStockSync provides automated inventory synchronization between eBay listings and Google Sheets. Our service includes:

• Automated stock quantity updates from Google Sheets to eBay
• Price synchronization (optional)
• Email notifications for sync status
• Dashboard analytics and reporting
• Multi-account management (on Professional and Advanced plans)

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of AutoStockSync, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Ensure your account details and inventory data are accurate
• Secure Your Account: Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Comply with eBay Policies: Follow all eBay seller policies and terms of service
• Monitor Your Inventory: Regularly verify that synced data is correct
• Use Service Legally: Not use AutoStockSync for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Payment Terms

Subscription Plans: AutoStockSync offers Free, Starter, Professional, and Advanced plans with monthly or yearly billing.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Cancellation and Termination

Your Right to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Use the service for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Abuse our support team or other users

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AutoStockSync (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and designs) are owned by AutoStockSync and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

AutoStockSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any lost profits, data loss, or damages resulting from service use
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for eBay API changes or Google Sheets API changes
• We are not liable for inventory errors caused by incorrect data in your Google Sheets
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months

8. Third-Party Services

AutoStockSync integrates with third-party services including eBay, Google Sheets, and Stripe. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or issues with third-party services.

9. Data Backup and Security

While we implement bank-level security measures to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your inventory data in Google Sheets. We are not liable for data loss due to service outages or errors.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of AutoStockSync after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where AutoStockSync is registered.
